Delivery Options and Services

Shipping Carriers and Methods:
We offer flexible shipping solutions to meet your needs, including:

• Trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx and TNT for worldwide delivery.

For liquid cooling equipment, shipments are typically made via sea freight. Regional ports and receiving points may have varying shipping costs. Contact customer service to confirm delivery details and calculate charges before placing an order.

Processing and Shipping Times:

Processing time ranges between 3 - 5 business days for most smaller orders. Give additional time for bulk orders. Shipping carrier Estimated Delivery Time after processing ranges between 6 - 9 business days.

Shipping Rules and Guidelines

Miners:

1. In-stock miners ship within 3 - 7 business days. For bulk orders, an additional 1–2 business days may be required.

2. Pre-order miners are shipped according to the factory’s schedule. The estimated delivery date is indicated on the order page, though delays may occur due to production changes.

Shipping Notices

To avoid disruptions, please double-check your shipping address during the checkout process. If you need to update your address after placing the order, contact customer care immediately. Once your order is shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed, and any associated costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Special requests, such as alternative delivery methods or address adjustments, should be communicated before shipment.

Taxes and Customs Duties

Taxes:
We assist in reducing your tax liability by providing lower-value invoices upon request.

Customs Duties:
Our products are exempt from value-added taxes and customs duties. However, customers are responsible for complying with their country’s customs regulations and paying any applicable duties.
