Payment Information

At American Miner, we currently accept payments exclusively through cryptocurrency transfers. If you prefer alternative payment methods, such as offline transactions or wire transfers, please contact our team to discuss other options.

Ordering and Payment Instructions:

  1. Select the Request Quote link at the bottom of the product page to complete and submit the Request for Quotation form.

  2. Wait for our response to confirm pricing and availability of equipment.

  3. Make payment for the total amount listed on your quotation (be sure to verify that payment address listed on invoice matches official addresses on american-miner.com)

  4. After payment, complete the Confirm Payment form using the link that can be found in your quotation or on the product page. Please reach out to sales@american-miner.com if you have any issues.

  5. Once we have confirmed your payment we will process your order and provide shipping updates as they become available.

After-Sales Service

Refund Policy

All miners are non-refundable, and orders cannot be canceled, except in cases where:

  • Prices of mining machines increase significantly due to market price fluctuations.

  • The item is out of stock.

For software-related issues, please contact us at sales@american-miner.com. Order number must be provided for assistance. Hardware issues are covered by manufacturer only.

Warranty Information

Warranty Service
American Miner collaborates with leading cryptocurrency mining equipment wholesalers and manufacturers, including Bitmain, IceRiver, Whatsminer, iBelink, and Avalon as well as new manufacturers as they come on to the market. All new miners are covered by a manufacturer warranty.

If a problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide instructions on how to send your device to our repair center. Please note that warranty services do not cover:

  • Equipment damage caused by misuse or failure to follow operating instructions.

  • Physical damage resulting from improper handling.

Important Notes:

  1. Transportation costs and any related expenses for returning a product are the purchaser's responsibility.

  2. Repair times may vary depending on the nature of the issue.

  3. To verify the warranty period, visit the manufacturer's website and enter the miner's serial number (SN).

FAQ - Warranty

1. Warranty Terms

  • Free after-sales and warranty services are provided for 180 days from the shipment date for most manufacturers.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, and logistics fees for repairs.

  • Out-of-warranty miners returned to the factory are subject to all associated costs, including maintenance and logistics.

2. Prohibited Operations That Void Warranty

  • Removal or tampering with the warranty label or serial number (SN).

  • Unauthorized disassembly of the product within the warranty period.

  • Misuse or improper operation, such as connecting to the wrong voltage.

  • Modifications, including changes to cooling systems, fans, heat sinks, or power cables.

  • Altering the SN code on the machine shell.

3. Return Factory Fees
When returning a product to the manufacturer, the customer is responsible for shipping and customs clearance costs.

4. Precautions

  • Inspect your miner upon receipt. If there are any damages, scratches, or issues with the warranty label, notify us within 24 hours. Failure to do so may void your warranty.
